"The car I got stank of smoke, was a Mercedes e-class and was old and worn.
The driver didn’t even help us with our bags.
The cost looked to be £80 but I was charged £122.
I sent two complaints but never heard back.

"The only problem was that our driver did not have our name on a card that we could see. He explained that there was some mix up with the car he was to drive and there wasn't anything in the car to use. We did hook up and he was extremely helpful and got us to our hotel in very good time.
I think there should be a pad of paper and pen in every car the company sends out so the driver doesn't have to find something.to write on. This is especially important if the driver is picking someone up who just flew into the country."
