"MRT Cars were very good - arrived on time with good flexibility and communication. The driver was polite and helpful, took a reasonable route and had the right sized vehicle.
However, the Taxicode service is very basic and the convenience of booking is not backed up with good customer service. The phone number provided goes to an answering machine which seems not to be monitored meaning that amendments are impossible. In the context of COVID flexibility is key and the lack of ability to amend/cancel easily is a real barrier as to whether I would book with Taxicode again."
