"The confirmation email that I received included the telephone number of my driver. When I called him to advise that I was coming on a later train, he was very friendly and willing to meet me 30 minutes later than the agreed time. There was no answer to the Taxicode landline, which had been the recommended number to call in case of a change of plan. This information was not available on the Taxicode app, which I found cumbersome and not informative. When we met he had the route already keyed into his GPS device and drove there perfectly. I gave him a cash tip and will therefore not be adding one below."
